Satish is a Solution Architect in the HRM IT group of Convergys, Hyderabad, India.
Satish joined DigitalThink/LearningByte International in 1998 as an intern in the Visual Design team. He started out using Photoshop as his tool of choice to create screens for e-learning. When Freightliner asked DigitalThink to use this new tool called Flash to create more interactive learning that would delivered over CDs, Satish took this opportunity to learn all there was about this tool and soon grew to become the resident expert on its usage. When the Visual Architecture team was formed towards the end of 2002 to explore scalable means of developing Flash-based e-learning, Satish was the natural choice. Satish was an integral member of this team as it went through name and role changes from Content Architecture to Content Engineering. Along the way he gained expertise on the L5 platform (DigitalThink’s LMS), Docent, Plateau, Saba and e-learning standards. When the Solution Architecture team was formed in India, Satish was again a natural choice.
